Safety isn't a recommendation. It's a mandate. If an employer cuts corners on scaffolding, or tries to bypass proper concrete curing protocols, the UCA will shut the site down. We have zero tolerance for unsafe working environments.
Our recent negotiations with Apexian Developments have resulted in a historic "Harmony Agreement." This ensures that the Obsidian project will proceed without any unforeseen industrial action, provided the developers continue to respect the roster allocations we have mandated.
