What do the grades mean?
Grade A: 0 to 13 points for sanitary violations.
Grade B: 14 to 27 points.
Grade C: 28 or more points.
Note: Inspectors have full discretion to assign immediate closure notices regardless of point totals if a 'severe public health hazard' is identified.
