Asset Freezing Protocols

Under EU Directive 2024/AML, Europol maintains the authority to immediately freeze corporate and personal assets suspected of involvement in transnational money laundering across all member states.

Our Financial Intelligence Unit works closely with the European Central Bank to ensure that illicit funds cannot be moved or liquidated while active probes are underway.

Notice to Financial Institutions

Banks failing to comply with immediate freeze orders issued by Inspector Klaus Weber will be subject to severe regulatory penalties and potential loss of operating licenses within the Eurozone.
