Strict Enforcement of Guest Logs

Attention all door staff: Per the Board of Directors, absolutely no contractors or telecom technicians are permitted past the lobby without explicit, written prior authorization from the resident. If a "consultant" arrives claiming they need to upgrade fiber optics in a penthouse, you are to deny entry and notify the Head Doorman immediately.

Holiday Gratuity Guidelines

A reminder from the Union Rep (Sal) that accepting gratuities for normal duties is acceptable, but accepting "gifts" from non-residents to circumvent building security protocols is a terminable offense and violates the union charter. Do the job right.
