⚠ BY-LAW NOTICE: BALCONY FURNITURE

Dear Residents. It has come to Management's attention that several lots on levels 30-40 are displaying non-compliant white outdoor furniture. As per By-Law 14.2, all balcony furniture must be matte black or charcoal to maintain the aesthetic integrity of the Obsidian Tower. Non-compliant lots will be issued a $550 breach notice by Friday.

Hi Karen, I'm in Penthouse 43. For the last three nights, there has been a massive low-frequency vibration coming through the ceiling. It sounds like heavy industrial machinery or server racks running directly above us on Level 44. The floorplans say 44 is an empty maintenance void, but the noise is keeping us awake. Can someone inspect it?

Management Reply: Dear Lot 43. As per the architectural schematics provided by Apexian Developments, Level 44 is an acoustic buffering zone. There is no machinery on that level. The noise you are hearing is likely wind shear against the facade.

Furthermore, during our investigation, we noticed you have a potted Ficus plant on your balcony that exceeds the 1.2m height restriction (By-Law 17.5). Please remove it immediately or a breach notice will be issued. Ticket closed.
